Day 036 - Evaluate again!

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Here we are in Week 6! Since we said you should evaluate how you're feeling every 3-4 weeks, today is the day to think about that. Did you increase your pace to 3 minutes of walking and 2 minutes of running during Week 3 or 4? If not, are you ready to try it today? Don't rush though, many beginning runners on this program never get any farther than this 3:2 ratio, yet they still finish the marathon.
