FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN 30-45 MINUTES: As you begin to repeat the elements of this training program, be sensitive to how you feel and any irritation or soreness where YOU tend to get injured (knees, ligaments of feet, etc.). At any point during this program, take an extra day or two off at the first sign of inflammation or possible injury.
