Day 018 - Time to evaluate

30-minute run/walk        Training via ActiveMail

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN/WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Every 3-4 weeks, evaluate how you're feeling. This is your 3rd week, so ask yourself whether you're ready to increase the running during these run/walks. If you needed to do a little extra walking 2 days ago, the answer is, you're probably not ready. But if you're feeling strong, start by bumping the pace up to a 3-minute walk with a 2-minute run, and repeating this pattern.
