Day 005 - Another fine-tuning run

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN FOR 40-55 MINUTES: This is another run to fine-tune your fitness gains from the long runs you'll do at the end of each training week. In later weeks you'll learn how to use these sessions to develop running skills like acceleration and maintaining your goal pace. (Maintaining goal pace is essential in long events like the marathon; we'll go into more details later in this program.)
