Day 077 - Play Day

45-minute Play session at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY DO A PLAY SESSION FOR 45 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Workout rule: this session must be some form of game or play. It can be as simple as kicking a soccer ball around the field for 45 minutes or playing a game of Frisbee golf, ultimate Frisbee or soccer at lunch. Be creative.
