Day 045 - Recovery Week

95-minute Overdistance (OD) run at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 95 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. This week is designated as a recovery week. The volume is slightly lower to make sure you are recovering properly from your routine. This is the periodization principle at work. Don't forget the tempo speed bursts; you should be getting faster.
