Day 024 - Tip # 7: Kegels, continued

BY NOW, KEGEL EXERCISES SHOULD BE AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: LET'S EXPERIMENT. Want to insure that your lover becomes your devoted slave? Read on.....there are some variations on the basic Kegel squeezing exercise that will further strengthen your PC muscle. Try these for a change: 7Contract the muscle and count to 10. Then relax and repeat, for about a minute.

* Quickly contract the muscle for about one second and then relax it. Do about 20 of those.

* Pretend there is a little elevator in your crotch. Slowly raise it up "two floors" and then slowly lower it down to the "ground floor." Do about 10 of these. Each day, do all three styles of Kegel exercises, and gradually increase the time you spend (remember not to neglect essential life tasks, however, such as going to work and eating.)

Why do all of this? When you exercise the PC muscle, you bring blood to it, just like other muscles. When more blood than usual collects in the pelvic area, it creates the early physical sensation of sexual arousal. It's a way to jump-start your sexual motor, and we want to keep that motor hummin'.
