Day 041 - Getting nervous?

CROSS-TRAIN OR RUN EASY FOR 20 MINUTES: We're not doing any weight work at all today -- we're through with that until after your 7K race. Use the extra time to stretch instead. Are you starting to feel excited and nervous about your upcoming race? That's okay; it's just part of the experience. Today's easy workout should help reduce some of those jitters.
