TODAY DO A PLAY SESSION FOR 40 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Workout rule: This session must be some form of game or play. It can be simple as kicking a soccer ball around the field for 40 minutes or playing a game of Frisbee golf, ultimate Frisbee, or soccer at lunch. Be creative.
