TODAY IS A REST DAY. A massage is a great way to relax, enhance your recovery, and work out any kinks that may have formed along the way. Schedule a massage this week, in fact, schedule one every week. Find a massage therapist who is certified and is used to working on individuals who exercise. They'll know how to work on your body and get it ready for another week of training.
