Day 073 - Try a Bike Ride

60-minute Overdistance (OD) BIKE at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) BIKE FOR 60 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Change gears (pun intended) this week and do this workout on a bike or stationary bike for a change of pace. Don't worry about how fast you are going, just enjoy pedaling along.
