Day 009 - Get joggy with it.

STAMINA DAY, KIDS: TODAY, WE RUN FOR A FULL 30-40 MINUTES (DEPENDING ON HOW FAR YOU'VE ALREADY PROGRESSED.) I'm a big fan of the stick & carrot method. So, if feasible, try tacking a picture of your dream date about a foot in front of the treadmill: on your mark, get set, go! Popular fantasy choices in the past have included Pamela Lee, Yasmine Bleeth, and pretty much anyone else that's donned a Baywatch lifeguard suit (David Hasselhoff included.) Just make sure to warm-up for 5 minutes, run for 30-40 (try alternating the incline for added fun), then cool down and stretch for 5 minutes apiece.
