15-minute Strength (ST) training routine at level 1 intensity, cool down by stretching for 15 minutes.

TODAY, DO 15-MINUTES OF STRENGTH (ST) TRAINING, FOLLOWED BY 15 MINUTES OF STRETCHING. You should begin to notice that your flexibility is improving, take stock in progress, it doesn't matter how small. Congratulate yourself on sticking with it, you should be proud of your progress.
