Day 070 - Social Exercise

55-minute Overdistance (OD) run at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 55 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Bring along a friend, spouse or children on this session. These level 1 exercise sessions are a great way to catch up with friends or family. Make sure you keep the pace hard enough to be in level 1 but not too hard that you go up to level 2.
