Day 047 - Another round of running repeats
WU + Stretch. Run: 40 min. as 20 min. easy and 6 x 1 min. intervals at PE 8-9 w/ 1 min. recovery.

WARM UP and STRETCH
RUN: 40 minutes. 20 minutes easy jogging at PE 6. Six one-minute hill repeats, each at PE 8-9. Do this on dirt! Easy jog of one minute between each hill for recovery. Complete the run at PE 6.
