WU + Stretch. Mountain Bike: 1 hour, 20 minutes at PE 8 (moderately hard)

WARM UP and STRETCH
MOUNTAIN BIKE: One hour, 20 minutes. Pick a stretch of road or trail that is moderately difficult and try and keep your speed steady at PE 8. Think power and speed. Bike on the dirt or on the road; it's your choice.
