Day 022 - Fueling on the fly

WU + Stretch. Run 1 hour, 10 minutes. Wear a water bladder and practice eating and drinking.        Training via ActiveMail

WARM UP and STRETCH

RUN: One hour, 10 minutes. Wear a small pack and carry water and a few hundred calories of food with you. Practice eating and drinking either from water bottles or drinking bladders. Sip water every 10 minutes and eat 100 calories (the equivalent of one GU or PowerGel) every 20 minutes. Choose a different route that you haven't taken. Don't choose your route before you take off, decide on the fly!
