Day 003 - Searching for flow

Mountain Bike 1 hour at PE 6-7. Stretch        Training via ActiveMail

MOUNTAIN BIKE: One hour. Do at least half of this on singletrack (narrow, off-road) trails, at PE 6-7. Hone in today on flow and balance by keeping your shoulders and elbows loose and focusing your attention on the trail at least 10 to 15 feet ahead of your front wheel. Think ahead and relax. Get in a good stretch when you get back, or later in the day.
