Day 045 - Recovery Week

60-minute Overdistance (OD) run at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 60 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. This week is designated as a recovery week. The volume is slightly lower to make sure you are recovering properly from your routine. This is the periodization principle at work. Don't forget the tempo speed bursts, you should be getting faster.
