TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 55 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. By now your training log should be full of useful information on the past weeks of training. You should look back and see how far you've come, the particular workouts you liked and those you suffered through. A training log can be a great motivator.
