Day 054 - People's Choice

Cardio of choice: WU 5 min; vary pace/incline every 5 min for 50 min; CD 5 min and stretch.        Training via ActiveMail

YOU'VE DEVELOPED A FAMILIARITY WITH ALL THE VARIOUS AND SUNDRY TOOLS THAT THE GYM HAS TO OFFER: TODAY, PICK WHICHEVER MACHINE IS YOUR FAVORITE, AND HIT IT FOR 60 MIN! Will it be the ROWER? The GAUNTLET? Or perhaps the TREADMILL? (I only advise steering clear of the BIKE, since you had your fill of each other earlier in the week.) Whichever you choose, spend 60 minutes at a medium-high intensity (this effort is hard, but something you can maintain), adjusting the resistance and incline (if possible) to maximize your workout. (Don't forget: a 5-min warm-up and 5-min cooldown are part of the workout!) Stretch at the end, spending extra time on those tired leg muscles.
