Day 036 - Breathing

15-minute Strength (ST) training routine at level 1 intensity, cool down by stretching for 15 minutes. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO 15-MINUTES OF STRENGTH (ST) TRAINING, FOLLOWED BY 15 MINUTES OF STRETCHING. Breathing is obviously a big part of sports performance, hard to imagine having much success without it. But many people forget to breath while doing ST training, choosing to hold their breath until the very end of an exercise. Remember to breath regularly while doing this type of exercise, even when doing heavy weights.
