LET'S TAKE A BREAK FROM THE "INTENSE" WORKOUTS BY RESTING, STRETCHING, OR TAKING A YOGA CLASS. You can stretch on your own, or stop by an AIS or other stretch class. Otherwise, bring thyself to a Yogi and meditate away the aches and pains.
