Day 019 - Visualization Exercises

WU 5 min. Jumprope: 5 min. Gauntlet: 10 min. Rower: 10 min. CD 5 min. & stretch        Training via ActiveMail

LET'S END THE WEEK ON A CARDIO HIGH NOTE. Do your usual warm-up, then grab a JUMPROPE and visualize yourself as Oscar de la Hoya training for his next bout. After 5 minutes, hop on over to the GAUNTLET, and pretend to be scaling Everest (okay, so 10 minutes won't even get you to base camp; it's a start...) Finally, if you never rowed crew in college, here's your chance: 10 minutes on the ROWER, engaged in a race on your lake of choice. Cooldown for 5 min., and stretch everything out (you can pretend to be whomever you want during this activity).
