Day 007 - Nice and Easy

Walk/Bike or Rest        Training via ActiveMail

PLAY OR REST. You're still in recovery mode, so there's no pressure. But depending on the weather, this could be a great day to go for a leisurely walk, hike, or bike ride. Exercise doesn't always have to be intense; your body appreciates any form of movement. So get out and stretch your legs for an hour or so; just don't stop for donuts en route.
