Day 026 - Motivation tip answers why?

Often, athletes are asked the "why" question about our pursuit of fitness and commitment to training. There are many individual answers and a few universal ones. The answer that I most often give to why I love to train is about the feeling, the inner joy I receive from the experience. It is the feeling of being alive in every corner of my mind and every cell in my body that keeps me training for a lifetime.
