CROSS-TRAIN FOR 30 MINUTES AND LIFT WEIGHTS: Remember to work to "failure" on all your weight-lifting exercises -- that is, until you can no longer maintain good form or perform the movement. Failure sounds like a bad thing, but it's not. It's just the term used to describe the point at which you have fatigued the muscles effectively enough to stimulate them to get stronger.
