Day 007 - Motivate Yourself to Better Health

10 minute stretching routine.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO 10 MINUTES OF STRETCHING. Same routine as above. This routine can be done at lunch, no need to jump in the shower after, just head back in to the office. To stay motivated to do your workouts, they must be something you want to do each day. Set aside some time today to ask yourself why exercise is important to you, and make the answers meaningful and personal. Write down the answers and you'll have a ready rebuttal to the inevitable "Why am I doing this?"
