Cross-train or easy run, + weights

CROSS-TRAIN FOR 30-40 MINUTES OR RUN EASY, THEN DO YOUR STRENGTH-TRAINING ROUTINE: Listen to your body today. If you're still tired from yesterday, take today off. If you're just a little sore, cross-train and lift weights. If you're feeling great, go for an easy run and lift weights.
