Day 006 - Easy spin day

RIDE FOR 45 MINUTES AT RPE 6: In every week of this training plan, you'll do a short, easy spin the day before your long ride. Also, the day before this easy spin day will be a complete rest day. Why take your rest day two days before the long ride rather than today? Experience has shown that most cyclists recover better if they circulate the blood through their legs with gentle pedaling the day before a hard effort.
