Day 019 - Emphasize the upper body
R&R: Run or cross-train, + weights

TODAY'S A DAY FOR SOME R&R: Run or cross-train for 30 minutes, then do some weight training. Your weight-training program should emphasize the upper body. Perform 3 sets of 8 reps with fairly heavy weights for each muscle group. Remember to work with a trainer if you're not sure how heavy your weights should be.
