DO A 45-MINUTE OVERDISTANCE (OD) RIDE AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY (60-70% of MHR): Today, find a new route to ride, even if it's only a slight variation. Remember that OD days are a great time to explore your area on your road or mountain bike. Feel free to mix up road and mountain bike rides in your cycling. Just monitor your intensity during the workout and keep it in your level 1 range. Triathletes, as you may know, take their gear very seriously.
