Your 4 weeks is officially up: But you don't want to lose that momentum now! Either start over from the beginning, or sign up for another training programs. Try the gym workout for beginners, or pick an event to train for. It's never too late to pick up a new sport--plenty of races offer half courses that anyone can enjoy. So keep that motor humming and remember: It's not just how you look, it's how you feel.
