REMEMBER, THIS IS ALL SUPPOSED TO BE FUN. Even on those days when you drag yourself to the gym, focus on how great you'll feel when you walk back out that door. Find activities that you love doing, whether it's horseback riding, surfing, or skydiving, and go do them (channel surfing does not count). It's not always about your heart rate and your VO2 max. Sometimes it's just about getting out there and moving your body. So take a swing dancing class, join a fencing club, or pick up a Frisbee--remember that play is every bit as important as work.
