Day 003 - Cardio/Aerobic

TODAY IS A CARDIO DAY. Go out for a 30-minute aerobic session on flat terrain.

Run for 30 minutes on flat terrain, RPE 7-7.5
CD/STRETCH

TRAINING TIP: Open up your lungs by taking deep breaths from low in your chest. Think about breathing from your belly. More oxygen exchange occurs in the lower lobes of the lungs where the alveoli are the most numerous and dense. You will experience less fatigue and lactic acid build-up in your muscles, feel more alert, and have more energy.
