Day 006 - Easy spin day

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6: Your goal today is to spin easily in preparation for tomorrow's long hard ride. Keep your effort firmly in control. If you ride with others and they push the pace, drop off the back and continue at your planned easy pace. This can be difficult to do, so if you're tempted to keep up with your hard-charging riding buddies on easy days, you're often better off riding alone. Remember your long-term goals!
