IT'S A REST DAY: Welcome to our eight-week cycling training program for time-challenged cyclists. This program will show you how to reach your performance goals on an average of only seven hours of training each week. We've even left a little time for twice-weekly resistance training. We're assuming that you can already ride 25 to 30 miles comfortably and want to perform well at distances of up to 75 miles. The emphasis will be on intense training and lots of rest so your body can rebuild after hard efforts. The result will be superior fitness to help you reach your cycling goals!
