PLAY! Choose a game that you enjoy that requires running, jumping and cutting. Basketball or soccer are perfect. Other choices: handball or racquetball, lacrosse, rugby, touch football, tennis. The idea is to increase your endurance and also your legs' ability to absorb the moguls and bumps of a ski slope.
