Day 070 - Long run pattern change

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN 6 MILES AT AN EASY PACE: Today you'll notice a change in the pattern of your weekly long run. Up to now, the distance has gotten longer each week. Starting today, every other long run will be about half the distance of the previous one. This is another way to build marathon endurance without overtraining.
