FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN 30-45 MINUTES: On cold days, wear a series of thin layers. Put something warm next to your skin, ideally a high-tech artificial fiber like Polypropylene. Artificial fabrics are getting better and more comfortable all the time. They're lightweight, and unlike cotton, keep you warm even when they're wet. So do a little shopping around -- there are lots of options on the market to keep you comfortable and warm.
