Day 049 - Training time

Train for at least 1 hour at your sport of choice.        Training via ActiveMail

Hopefully, your competition is nigh upon you. If not, pretend that it is, and spend today training with unbridled enthusiasm. For at least an hour, or preferably longer, run, bike, jump, or do whatever it is that you do best and enjoy most. Push yourself and test the limits of your endurance.
