Day 042 - Training challenge

Play a sport/activity of choice, min. 1 hour.        Training via ActiveMail

That event must be approaching rapidly: devote today to training for it with renewed intensity. So swim, bike, run, or do whatever else you need to prepare for it. Push yourself for longer and harder today (within reason, of course) until you feel the sweet endorphin rush, then keep going. Spend at least an hour (at the very least) testing your limits.
