Training time again: hope you utilized and enjoyed the day off. Pick one exercise today and attack it vigorously. You tested your limitations last week: if you succeeded your goal, set a higher one for yourself; if you failed, try to reach it today. So swim/Bike/Run or do whatever it is you do best that gets your blood moving. Minimum of one hour, maximum of three.
