Day 019 - Hard Core Cardio

WU 5 min. Jumprope: 10 min. Gauntlet: 15 min. Rower: 15 min. CD 5 min. & stretch or 1 hr. swim/bike/run        Training via ActiveMail

LET'S END THE WEEK ON A CARDIO HIGH NOTE. Grab a JUMPROPE and use it for ten minutes straight, making sure to monitor your heart rate and breathing. Next, head over to the GAUNTLET, and spend fifteen minutes on a high setting (imagine that the elevators to the top of the Empire State Building have broken.) Close it out with fifteen minutes on the ROWER, keeping the intensity level high. Cooldown for 5 min., and stretch everything out. An alternative workout would be either an hour-long swim, bike ride, or run, depending on what you're training for.
