Day 007 - No rest for the fit

Tomorrow it's back on weights, so let's get in another cardio before week one draws to a close. Depending on the weather, try a half-hour indoor or outdoor swim, a forty-five minute run, or an hour-long bike ride. And, as always, make sure to warm-up at the beginning and stretch at the end!!
