Day 003 - Cardio lite

Easy cardio: 1/2 hour.        Training via ActiveMail

In the beginner's workout, we took the third day of each workout week off; no more! However, your muscles do need a little recovery time. So today, select a "mellow" cardiovascular activity of your own choosing. I recommend a half-hour swim, bike ride, walk, or rollerblade; just something to keep the blood pumping while still allowing for some recharging.
