Consuming at least eight glasses a day not only suppresses your appetite, it also helps to metabolize stored fat and optimizes the performance of your kidneys. Not only that, but if you don't drink enough, your body clings to the water it does have, which results in unsightly bloating. So make sure to consume plenty before, during, and after a workout.
