Rest Day! Active rest, if you are sore.

TODAY IS A REST DAY! TAKE THE DAY OFF IF YOU ARE FEELING TIRED.
If you're not feeling tired, make it a day of active rest by taking a brisk walk, light jog, or a spin on the bike, followed by abdominal work and stretching. Try doing 200 crunches of your choice.
