TODAY IS A COMPLETE DAY OF REST.
After yesterday's interval training, it's important to allow your body the rest it needs to recover and build strength and endurance. Your muscles aren't the only thing getting a workout, during intense training like intervals, the central nervous system (CNS) is taxed and requires a recovery period of about 72 hours.
Remember to pay attention to the signs of over-training, and take a break when you feel tired, depressed, fatigued, or experience a loss of appetite.
