Day 007 - Another easy run!

Run (level 2)        Training via ActiveMail

Run at L2 (short conversations still comfortable): A: 40'; E: 50'; P: 60'. Run on a trail or soft surface. Do your run early in the day so you'll have the rest of the day to recover and ready yourself for the upcoming week.
